Congratulations to Universal’s Leslie Finnigan, SR/WA, Vice President, Western Region, on stepping into the role of President of The Right of Way International Education Foundation (RWIEF). This important Foundation and its members raise and manage the funds to develop education courses, professional development programs, and industry scholarships, as well as manage awards to Association members, and provide grants for studies on important issues affecting the right of way profession.
