This week our Oregon team attended the Oregon Chapter of the American Public Works Association (APWA) Annual Spring Conference. Universal was well represented by Leslie Finnigan, SR/WA, Vice President Western Region, and Seth Hemelstrand, SR/WA, Project Manager.
