Will Sleightholm joined Universal’s accounting team in 2008 and was recently promoted to Chief Financial Officer/Controller. In this role, he oversees all accounting and financial functions of the corporation and leads initiatives to enhance technological efficiency.

Will brings extensive expertise in fiscal operations and compliance, with a deep understanding of budgeting, finance, contracts, agreements, and related functional areas.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting from Northeastern State University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Oklahoma City University.

If you ask Will if he wants to go play golf, he will never turn you down. When not playing golf, he loves traveling and spending as much time as possible with his wife, 2 children, 3 dogs, 1 cat, 4 rabbits, and now thankfully zero chickens.
