Josh Powers, P.E., P.L.S. is the president of Universal Surveying & Mapping, LLC and has over 17 years of experience working with public and private sector clients throughout Oklahoma and Kansas. Josh brings professionalism and responsibility to every project, advanced technical knowledge, laser-sharp focus on results, and proven skills in managing projects of all sizes. His relevant experience includes topographic surveys, route studies, right-of-way/ easement surveys, easement preparation, construction staking, and as-built surveys for a wide range of public and private sector clients, successfully delivering projects for oil and gas, transportation, and utility companies.

Josh is a graduate of the Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Oklahoma, Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in Oklahoma, and Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in Kansas. He is a member in industry associations including American Society of Civil Engineers, National Society of Professional Engineers, Oklahoma Society of Land Surveyors, and Kansas Society of Land Surveyors.
