Clark is based at the Corporate Headquarters located in Tulsa. In his executive roles, Clark heads corporate efforts on human resources and provides corporate support to Universal’s regional and project offices throughout the country. In addition, he provides support to Universal’s various business development and project management activities across the United States.

Clark has been involved in real estate and the right of way profession since 1986. He is knowledgeable of all phases of land and right of way acquisition services.

Clark is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a BSBA in Finance and Banking.
