Executive Vice President
Clark is based at the Corporate Headquarters located in Tulsa. In his executive roles, Clark is responsible for various business development and project management activities across the United States. He also provides corporate support to Universal's regional and project offices in the Northeast and Southeast Divisions as well as leads corporate efforts on human resources issues. Clark has been involved in real estate and the right of way profession since 1986. He is knowledgeable of all phases of land and right of way acquisition services including relocation assistance programs as a Project Manager and Supervisor.

Clark served as Universal's Project Manager on the T.F. Green Airport Project for the Rhode Island Airport Corporation and the Kilpatrick Extension and Norman Spur Projects for the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority. He has worked as the Acquisition Manager on Florida's Suncoast Parkway Turnpike Project, Sections 5 and 6 and as Chief Appraiser on a project for the Oklahoma City Airport Authority Trust.

Prior to joining Universal in 1992, Clark was associated with a real estate law firm and commercial real estate appraisal firm in Phoenix, Arizona.

Clark is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a BSBA in Finance and Banking. He holds the SR/WA designation from the International Right of Way Association and is an at-large member of the Utilities Committee.
