As President of Universal Field Services, Steve is responsible for corporate management of the firm which includes daily operations, client relations, corporate project oversight and business development of projects across the nation.
Steve began his career with Universal in 1989. He is experienced in all phases of the Right of Way Industry including but not limited to: cost estimates, appraisal, appraisal review, acquisition, relocation assistance, property management, condemnation and project management. Steve has performed in the capacity of Right of Way Agent, Appraiser and Project Manager on various assignments during his tenure with Universal.
Prior to joining Universal, Steve spent seven (7) years with an international site location analysis firm where he was responsible for budgeting, forecasting, personnel training and development of procedures for the company's survey department.
Steve has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Oklahoma State University and holds the SR/WA designation with the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) and was Chair on the International Nominations and Elections Committee. |
