Regional Manager Rocky Mountains

Larry Risinger is Universal's Regional Manager of the Rocky Mountain Region and is responsible for overall Business Development and Project Management.
In 1990 Larry was part of the Surveying and Mapping unit for Universal's Superconducting Super Collider Project in Waxahachie, Texas. As a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in Texas, he was a partner in a land surveying company in Texas for nine (9) years. Larry worked extensively with land title, property owners, surveying and mapping. Since then he has worked in various capacities including residential/commercial acquisition, residential, business and utility relocation and property management. As a Registered Land Surveyor, Universal utilizes Larry's knowledge to assist with any questions regarding Survey and Mapping.
Larry obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the Stephen F. Austin State University in 1982 with a professional designation in the field of Geology. He is an employing Corporate Broker in Colorado, and a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in Texas. Larry is also a certified AHERA Asbestos Inspector and Management Planner. He has attended several training courses and seminars over the past several years dealing with many aspects of the Right of Way profession.
Larry is an active member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) where he currently participates as the 2 year Director. Larry has served on the Internationl Transportation Committee and held all of the officer positions within Chapter 6, including two years as an International Director. In 2000, Larry was selected as the IRWA Chapter 6 Professional of the Year. |
