Regional Manager Texas

Cheryl Bennett is Regional Manger for Business Development and Project Management for Universal's Texas Projects and is based at our regional office located in Dallas, Texas.
Cheryl joined Universal in 1991, and has worked on various large transportation projects throughout the United States including California, Arkansas, Pennsylvania and Texas.
Prior to that, she had more than ten (10) years of experience with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) where she was the Relocation Assistance Administrator for Texas with the Right of Way Division in Austin, Texas. She was responsible for supervision of all relocation assistance activities within the 24 TxDOT Districts. Prior to the Division level position, Cheryl was a Relocation Specialist and Right of Way Agent in the TxDOT Lubbock District for the I-27 Project.
Cheryl has served on the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) Chapter 36 Professional Development Committee and as Region 2 Representative to the IRWA. She also served on the IRWA Editorial Board Committee, and as an associate member of Chapter 74, Austin, Texas. Cheryl is an IRWA Certified Relocation facilitator and holds the SR/WA designation.
Cheryl earned a BS in Education from Texas Tech University and completed post graduate work in Management at the University of Texas. Additionally, she maintains a current Texas Real Estate Broker's License. |
