Leslie Pacheco is Universal's Regional Representative for Project Management and Business Development for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic States. She is based in our regional office in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.

Leslie joined Universal in 2003 and has provided project management and quality assurance services to numerous projects in Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey.

Prior to joining Universal, Leslie spent more than ten years as a Senior Vice President for a right of way consulting firm where she was responsible for project management on projects from New Mexico to Rhode Island. Prior to that, she had eight years experience with an eminent domain law firm and two years as an acquisition coordinator for the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Leslie is a graduate of Oklahoma State University. She served as a member at large of the International Relocation Committee and is currently a member of IRWA Chapter 15 and an associate member of Chapter 9 in Region 4.
