Advisory Director
With previous service as President and Chairman of the Board of Universal Field Services, Tom has the deep knowledge, ability and experience to assist the Universal Team to offer the best Land and Right of Way Services throughout the nation. As a key executive with Universal, Tom has been thoroughly involved with all phases of Coordinated Land and Right of Way Services from the initial planning stages to the completion of the project.

Throughout Tom's fifty (50) year right of way career, he has been involved with projects for electric utility, pipeline and telecommunication projects as well as for governmental agencies. Also included in his experience is complete management of forest lands prior to joining Universal in 1959.

He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Forestry and has taken graduate work at the University of Tulsa Law School. In addition he has successfully completed most education courses offered by the International Right of Way Association.

Tom is a Senior Member of the International Right of Way Association as well as a Charter Member of Oklahoma Chapter No. 33 and has served as the Chapter's President. Tom has served in many capacities on an international level for the IRWA, including International President in 1979-1980. He is a member of the Society of American Foresters and is a Registered Forester in the State of Oklahoma.
